Data deletion

Use these controls to remove connected-platform authorization and request deletion of ERP information.
Disconnect a provider
- Sign into the ERP and open Integrations.
- Select the connected provider and choose Disconnect.
- Revoke Agency OS from the provider's connected-app settings.
Disconnecting removes the encrypted grant and saved resource selections. The ERP does not retain provider business-record snapshots.
Request complete deletion
Email alec@tribbledigital.comfrom your ERP account email. Include the organization name and whether you want an integration grant, your user account, or the organization's ERP records deleted. Never include provider credentials or sensitive record contents.
