These terms govern access to Agency OS and its connected-platform reporting features.
Authorized business use
You may use the ERP only for organizations and provider accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your users, connected accounts, and the accuracy of records entered into the ERP.
Connected services
Google, Meta, Intuit, Twilio, and other providers operate independently. Their availability, data, permissions, and account restrictions remain subject to their own terms. The ERP may be unable to display data when a provider is unavailable, changes its API, or revokes a grant.
Reporting only
Connected-platform features are intended to retrieve and display reporting data. Financial and advertising information is informational and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
Security
Keep ERP accounts secure, use multi-factor authentication where available, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, access another organization, or interfere with the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when necessary to address security, legal, provider, or policy risks. An organization administrator may disconnect integrations at any time.
