Connect your agency’s accounts

Bring in the right accounts and resources without losing track of which business they belong to.

Check access on both sides

You need permission to manage integrations in agencyos and permission to the business account in the original service. Confirm the agencyos company first, then confirm the account on the service’s sign-in or approval page.

Integration options cover advertising, calendars, email, text messaging, accounting, and appointment booking. Availability can depend on your agency’s setup and the service. A listed option is not proof that your account is connected or that every action is supported.

Connect and select resources

  1. Open Integrations and choose the service you need.
  2. Start its connection flow and sign in to the intended business account.
  3. Review the requested access and approve only when the account and purpose are correct.
  4. Return to agencyos and open Access & sharing. For calendars, senders, or booking types, make your selections and choose Save selections once. Discard changes restores your last saved choices.
  5. Open the relevant workspace area and confirm that the expected account and a known record appear.
  6. Check any client association before using account data in a client report.

A connection may need a selection

You can change several selections before saving. If some changes cannot be saved, successful changes stay saved and the remaining choices stay ready to retry. Changing selections does not change sharing permissions.

Connections start private to the person who connects them. When Access & sharing is available, use it to share a specific resource with named teammates. A workspace role or client association does not grant access to another person’s connected content.

  • Calendars: choose what appears in your own schedule. Display selection does not grant or remove another person’s access.
  • Email: verify your authorized mailbox address.
  • Text messaging: select the intended sender.
  • Advertising: verify the ad account and its client link.
  • Accounting: verify the authorized business, then check Finance.
  • Appointment booking: in the Calendly connection’s Access & sharing step, check the call types to include and uncheck those to exclude, then choose Save selections. Bookings for excluded call types are ignored.

Reconnect QuickBooks

Connection saved means agencyos has a saved QuickBooks connection; open Finance to check live access. If access has expired or Finance asks you to reconnect, the original connector or an active workspace Owner with explicit company access can reconnect the saved connection in Integrations. Integration management permission and approval in QuickBooks are still required.

  1. Open Integrations and the saved QuickBooks connection. Select Reconnect QuickBooks when available.
  2. Sign in to the same QuickBooks company and review the requested access. The reconnect flow keeps your saved connection and client links in place; choosing a different company is rejected without replacing them.
  3. Return to agencyos, refresh Finance, and check the account name and a known invoice. Recheck client accounting information where relevant.

Read a connection error before retrying

Connection errors remain visible in Integrations until you dismiss them. Read the explanation first; Dismiss closes the notice and does not repair the connection.

If the approval request has expired, start the connection flow again. If QuickBooks reconnect is unavailable, ask your workspace administrator to check setup and your access. After reconnecting, verify a current record in the relevant workspace area.

Repair a connection carefully

If an account or resource is missing, first check whether the connected user can access it in the original service. Confirm resource selection and refresh the affected area. Do not disconnect a working account as the first troubleshooting step.

For expired or disconnected access, an authorized teammate may need to approve a connection again. Afterward, verify a read in the actual workspace area. Connection status alone does not prove that an ad report, message, calendar change, or payment action completed.
