Choose metrics for each report slide

Choose each account’s metrics, review the Combined totals, and save a new version without changing older shared reports.

Open the report you want to change

You need report editing access and a saved report. Open Reports, select the report, and check its client, date range, and version before choosing Edit report.

Each Meta or Google account has its own metric selection. Changing one account’s choices does not select those metrics for the other accounts.

Choose metrics for each account

Only supported metrics are offered for each platform. Selecting a metric does not create missing source data. Review any data-availability notes in the saved report instead of treating an unavailable metric as zero.

While editing the report, choose Add connected account and select the additional linked accounts to include. A report can contain up to ten accounts, all for the same client and currency. Choose campaigns and metrics separately for each added account, then select Add accounts to report. The report’s existing dates stay fixed; review every added account before saving the new version.

  1. In Edit report, find the intended ad account and its Meta slide metrics or Google slide metrics section.
  2. Select the metrics you want to show and clear those you do not need. Repeat for each account in the report.
  3. Check the source values and reporting context for your selections. Google’s Conversion value and Meta’s Attributed revenue use their respective platform reporting.

Choose the Combined metrics

For a report with more than one account, scroll to Combined performance metrics. Choose from Impressions, Revenue, Aggregate ROAS, and Spend. These choices are separate from the individual account slides.

Aggregate ROAS divides combined revenue by combined spend. It is not an average of the individual account ROAS values. Platform-attributed revenue can count the same sale in more than one channel, so combined revenue is not a count of unique sales.

Save and verify the new version

Older shared links continue to show the version they were created for. Editing a report does not replace those links or send an email.

If another person has changed the report, reload its latest version and compare your intended changes before saving again. After an uncertain save, inspect the saved report before retrying.

  1. Select Save new version after reviewing your choices.
  2. Reopen the report and check its version, client, and date range. Review every account slide and the Combined slide, when present.
  3. Download PDF and check that its metrics and data-availability notes match the preview.
  4. If the new version is ready for your client, follow the report-sharing guide to create a link for that version.
